Company Profile:

Located on top of a popular bar in Newport, Rhode Island, Top of Pelham is a premier event location overlooking Newport Harbor. Advertise Golden’s task was to sell tickets to their weekly Dueling Piano shows, with a primary focus on VIP multiple-person tables.

 

Strategic Approach:

Advertise Golden crafted and executed a data-driven strategy using conversion rates, time to conversion, and lifetime value among different Eventbrite customers to fuel lead generation and account creation for One Pelham East. We honed in on paid Facebook & Instagram ads to drive a surge in Eventbrite sales, optimizing Return on Ad Spend.

 

Performance Analysis & Recommendations:

Syncing Facebook ads with Eventbrite’s marketing allowed for comprehensive tracking. We used customer lists to directly target past attendees and reach those who were similar to them using Lookalike Audiences. Advertise Golden provided weekly reports on marketing and sales performance.
