Tapster was a consumer tech alcohol delivery company, operating predominantly in the Greater Boston region. We collaborated with Tapster a few months post their launch and led their paid media efforts for two years.

 

Strategic Approach:

Advertise Golden crafted and executed a data-backed strategy using conversion rates, Return on Ad Spend, and custom audiences based on past customers. Our approach encompassed paid Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, and Apple App Store ads to enhance app installs, maximizing Return on Ad Spend.

 

Performance Analysis & Outcome:

Advertise Golden ran targeted ads across various channels to remarket to audiences, prospecting audiences, and lookalike audiences. We catapulted Tapster from just hundreds of users to 30,000 users at the company’s peak. We reduced CPI (Cost per Install) by 77% and increased the lifetime value of new app downloads by 30%, leading to a loyalty strategy that resulted in many repeat customers.
